General Rules
No purchase necessary; void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the United States, unless otherwise stated on the giveaway page who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Sorry No PO Boxes!
The immediate family and household members of Shopience are not eligible. “Immediate family” is defined as, spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild. Adoptive and step relationships are included. “Household” (excluding residents of boarding houses, dorms or frat houses) is defined as people living in the same residence.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be randomly chosen by us, announced on this site and notified via email.
Potential winners are subject to the “one prize per household/person rule”.
Potential winners are subject to the “one prize per quarter for a household/person rule”. Unless specified in the promotion, winners of one promotion can not participate in another promotion until after 3 months of their win.
Potential winners will have 48 hours to respond to notification with shipping info. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply to the notification email, prize is returned as undeliverable or is disqualified for any reason, potential winner forfeits prize. Shopience reserve the right in their sole discretion to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize.
Shopience disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Shopience is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to failed, incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrants ability to participate in the Giveaway, and any injury or damage to entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, all participants and potential winners waive any and all claims of liability against Shopience, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Giveaway, or from the use of any prize.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Shopience. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Giveaway, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Shopience will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Giveaway and Shopience’s or the Sponsor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional or any event beyond the control of Shopience, Shopience reserves the right to terminate this Giveaway, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Shopience. All decisions will be made by the Shopience and are final. Shopience or the Sponsor’s may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
